Care Instructions

Keep your jewelry looking its best with simple daily care.

Daily Essentials

  • Put jewelry on last, take it off first.
  • Avoid perfumes, lotions, sweat, swimming, and sleep.
  • Keep pieces away from chemicals and cleaners.

Cleaning at Home

Gold, Platinum & Diamonds:
Soak in warm soapy water, brush gently, rinse, and dry with a soft cloth.

Gemstones:
Use mild soap and a soft cloth only. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners.

Estate & Antique Pieces:
Fragile—skip DIY polishing and get a professional check if unsure.

Storage

  • Store pieces separately to prevent scratches.
  • Use soft pouches or lined boxes.
  • Keep silver in airtight bags.
  • Never store pearls in plastic.

Professional Maintenance

Have jewelry inspected every 6–12 months to check prongs, settings, clasps, and overall wear. Professional cleaning restores brilliance and protects older pieces.

Special Notes

  • Pearls: Wipe after wear; avoid sprays; restring as needed.
  • Opals & Emeralds: Sensitive to heat and vibration—clean gently.
  • Filigree/Vintage: Very delicate—handle lightly.

When to Bring It In
